Usability
The 3n mass notification system is designed with our end-users in mind for ease of use, which is paramount for mass notification system users during high-stress situations. Elevated stress levels typical during a crisis lead to a deterioration of motor skills and impaired judgment. A large-scale communication solution must be easy enough to use even during these circumstances and for people who are not computer experts. The 3n system is tested for usability with untrained users experiencing interruptions or unexpected time pressure to help simulate crisis situations.
3n conducts usability tests to identify areas where we can make the system easier and more efficient to learn and use, then implement findings in our product development processes. Results of our tests are aggregated based on observational research, comments from participants throughout the test, and post-test surveying. By understanding how our users interact with the 3n system, 3n is able to identify needed functionality and other areas for improvement to ensure that the 3n mass notification system is the easiest-to-use system on the market.
3n: The Easiest-to-Use System Available
We don’t just say it, we can prove it. In usability tests of the system, untrained users who have seen the system only one time are able to send a message in just over one minute.
We continue to develop the 3n mass notification system with continuous feedback from business continuity planners, risk managers, safety/security managers, and non-technical users to ensure that the 3n mass notification system is the easiest to learn and use.
